Spinning
Energy, music, and satisfaction from every rotation: 55 minutes in which rhythm leads, technique protects, and the group carries you.

I make the classes the way I wanted to experience spinning for several years. As an ultramarathon runner, I can’t afford to lose fitness, so I ride with the group, not preach from a podium.
I focus on flow, correct technique, and safety of the fitness challenges. There’s room for beginners and veterans: the pace waves, and sets build endurance, strength, and mental resilience.
I hold Spinning® Instructor certification (STAR 2, Rockstar) and have ultramarathon experience, so my training is both musical and substantial. You’ll currently find me at Krakow clubs My Fitness Place and Infinity Fitness.
Who it is for
For those who:
- Want to get moving and are only interested in competing with themselves.
- Value good music and an instructor with character.
- Seek quality challenge, not lecturing.
- Want to tire themselves out properly, but without tearing their heads off or trampling their ego.
Whether you think you have fitness or not, just try – the rest will happen in the studio.
The process
- Music sets the rhythm.
- We ride together, I don’t preach from the next room.
- We pay attention to technique, starting with foot position, good habits from the ground up.
- There is flow, waves of pace, and ease – we build fitness strategically.
Results
Participants gain:
- Improved fitness, strength, and endurance.
- Significant mental reset and stress reduction.
- Increased motivation for regular training.
- Technically correct and safe riding.
- Pleasure from exertion.
And your club:
- A trainer with personality, knowledge, and passion.
- Classes that do the job, not just a show.
- New quality that adds value to the marketing offering, and often positively disrupts the market.
FAQ
Here, you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions by class organisers. If you have more, book a conversation with me, and let’s see if and how we can work together.
1. Is Spinning® for everyone?
Yes. Each participant sets the intensity. The training is safe even with zero experience.
2. What should I bring to my first class?
Water, a towel, and comfortable clothes. Ideally padded shorts and shoes with a stiff sole or cycling cleats (SPD/LOOK).
3. What does the training look like?
The training starts with a 5-10 minute warm-up, followed by the main part with tempo riding, climbs, and sprints. At the end, we cool down and stretch.
4. Does Spinning® help with weight loss?
Yes. You can burn up to 800 kcal during a session. Your metabolism stays elevated long after. Muscles, endurance, silhouette.
5. What are the most common mistakes?
Starting too hard, incorrect position on the bike, skipping warm-up, hydration, and stretching, and gripping the handlebars too tightly.
6. Why should you not suddenly stop pedalling?
The bike has a fixed gear. You brake with the resistance knob, not your legs. It is a matter of safety.
