Mentoring
For founders, leaders, and specialists who are building something but, despite reaching KPIs, feel like they’re stuck. We look into where the blockage is, plan what to do and how, and build tools that stay with you.
Mentoring is practice based on experience, with no beating around the bush.
I share what I know, what works, mistakes and conclusions, as well as lessons I’m still learning.
I’ve walked my path, and if our paths cross, I can shorten your journey at a certain stage. You’ll still need to walk it, but you’ll see possible rewards and potential risks more clearly, and understand faster how to avoid them
– and whether sometimes it is more worthwhile to face them.
Who it is for
For those who:
- You’re doing something for the first time and need an experienced person to help you not waste time and energy.
- You feel you’re spinning your wheels but not making progress.
- There’s more and more work, but the results don’t reflect the effort.
How we work
- Regular 1:1 sessions online or in person: we solve specific problems and build structures.
- Direct answers: I’ll tell you what works and what doesn’t, and why – based on practice.
- Between sessions, we stay in touch via Slack or WhatsApp to maintain momentum.
- We create tools: frameworks, checklists, process maps – structured support.
Results
- You know what you are doing and why, and you have a plan tailored to you, not templates from AI or generalities from the internet.
- From the wave of tasks, you begin to recognise what is important, and more importantly, you notice where time and energy escape.
- You work calmly and quickly, which makes it easier to avoid costly mistakes.
- You create tools that stay with you, because you have consistent support from a practitioner.
Is this definitely for me?
Let’s find out. Choose the best time and let’s talk for 30 minutes. It’s a free consultation, so ask me a few questions, I can ask you a few questions too. We’ll see what our collaboration might look like. If we assess it as a good start, we’ll continue. If not, we’ll still get some valuable information.

FAQ
Below, you’ll find answers to the questions that most often come up in conversations with clients. They will help you quickly understand what to expect and how working with me looks.
1. How is mentoring different from coaching?
A mentor shares experience, knowledge, and reflection. A coach asks questions and helps the client reach their own solutions: they do not advise.
2. Does the mentor have to know my industry?
Not always. What’s key is the questions that change perspective, and the practice that shortens the path to results. It’s not about the industry, because experiences can be transferred between sectors. What matters is whether my path can be useful to you. However, company founders, project managers, marketers, and designers will likely benefit the most.
3. What roles does a mentor play?
Development partner, advisor, constructive critic, storyteller, networker, enabler, maximiser.
4. What is a mentoring contract?
It is our shared agreement on the rules of cooperation: confidentiality, goals, frequency, and boundaries.
5. How do you measure mentoring effects?
The effects of mentoring are visible in whether the agreed goal has been achieved, independence in action has increased, and the relationship is based on trust and openness. Feedback completes the process and shows the value of the work together.
6. When doesn’t mentoring work?
When boundaries aren’t clear, goals aren’t set, and you want the mentor to develop for you. A mentor isn’t a lifeguard. It’s a matter of collaboration, not dependence. So if you suspect you could use work on beliefs and habits, check out what coaching can offer you on that front.
7. Does a mentor need to know the answers?
Not always. A good mentor can ask a question that changes perspective.
8. Why implement mentoring in organisations?
To support leader development, strengthen teams, and build a culture of cooperation.
